He was with a high growth technology company that grew from $10M to $275M in the nineteen years Carl went from Chief Accountant to Chief Financial Officer. It was during this engagement that Carl discovered that People were the real reasons for business success. People became his focus rather than mere numbers and have remained his focus. He is also a former owner of a manufacturing company and a retired Lt. Colonel from the Army Finance Comptroller Corps serving 27 months in Vietnam. He has taught accounting at the college level and trained thousands of entrepreneurs, controllers and non financial managers.
