Together with his wife, Lipi, Darren owned and operated one of the most successful Anthony Robbins and Associates Franchises in North America.  They quickly gained a reputation for being outstanding and delivering world class programs.  That success led Darren to be personally selected by Mr. Robbins to facilitate one of two theatre sites for his groundbreaking EmpowerNet Satellite program.  Darren was also a coach at Mr. Robbins' prestigious Mastery University (of which he is a two-time graduate.)

The Bagshaws' most recent company, Namaste Seminars, has brought some of the top speakers in the world to Alberta, including Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Bernie Siegel, Dr. Barbara DeAngelis and the Franklin Covey organization.
