Harold Usher is a Professional Engineer, Professional Speaker, Personnel Development Trainer and Consultant.

Harold has been developing and presenting workshops, seminars and motivational speeches in Canada and the U.S. for almost a decade.  Currently, his focus is on personal and interpersonal effectiveness.  He incorporates leadership, communication, team dynamics, attitude enhancement and behavioural styles, that make his audiences interested, receptive, attentive and participative.

He is a graduate engineer of Concordia University in Montreal, and in addition to his management and engineering positions in industry, he received extensive training in adult learning through Bell Canada, Toastmasters International, Covey Leadership Centre and Carlson Learning Company.
