Richard Andrews transitioned into the professional speaking industry after working in the fields of public and private education, corporate communications and public relations. Having lived and worked in three countries, he has a diverse writing, training and consulting background in various business settings, including the worlds of marketing, publishing, branding and speaking.

Through his experience working with a speakers bureau, Richard realized that there had never been a comprehensive, step-by-step blueprint offered to new and emerging speakers that properly addressed how to start and grow a paid speaking business. Motivational Speaker Academy was born, and to date his membership training program has reached hundreds of new and experienced speakers in ten countries.
